Dispatch time
Packages are generally dispatched within 2 days after receipt of payment.
Carriers & tracking
We ship via SF Express, HongKong Post Air Parcel or HongKong Post SpeedPost, with tracking and drop-off without signature. Your package is dispatched at your own risk, but special care is taken to protect fragile objects.
Shipping costs
Shipping fees include handling and packing fees as well as postage costs. Handling fees are fixed; transport fees vary according to the total weight of the shipment. We advise you to group your items in one order — we cannot merge two distinct orders placed separately, and shipping fees apply to each.
Import duties & taxes
All prices are tax-free; buyers pay all import duties. For United States orders we add a flat 15% prepaid tax at checkout; for all other destinations, duty is payable on delivery. Orders returned to us because duties were not paid incur a restocking fee: the return-shipping cost plus 20% of the order value.
Returns
Purchases are final and cannot be returned for refund or exchange. The only exception: if your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 3 days of delivery with photos and we will arrange a refund.
