1. Introduction
Noble Ribbon ("we", "us", "our") operates nobleribbon.com. This Privacy Policy explains what personal data we collect when you visit or purchase from our website, why we collect it, how we use and protect it, and the rights you have over your data. By using our site, you agree to the practices described here.
2. Data We Collect
- Account & order data: name, email address, phone number, billing and shipping address.
- Order & payment records: products purchased, order history, invoices. We do not store full card numbers; online payments are handled by our payment providers.
- Communications: messages you send us through contact forms, email, or customer service.
- Technical data: IP address, browser type, device information, and cookies (see Section 8) used to keep the site working and secure.
3. How We Use Your Data
- Processing and delivering your orders, including shipping notifications.
- Managing your account and order history.
- Responding to inquiries, returns, and customer-service requests.
- Meeting legal, tax, and accounting obligations.
- Preventing fraud and keeping the website secure.
- Sending marketing emails only if you have opted in — every newsletter includes an unsubscribe link.
4. Legal Bases for Processing
Where required by law, we process your data because: (a) it is necessary to perform our contract with you (fulfilling your order); (b) we have a legal obligation (tax and accounting records); (c) it is in our legitimate interest to operate and secure our store; or (d) you have given consent (e.g., marketing emails, cookies).
5. Sharing Your Data
We never sell your personal data. We share it only with service providers who help us run the store, limited to what they need:
- Shipping carriers (e.g., SF Express) — name, address, phone, to deliver your parcel.
- Payment processors — payment details, to complete transactions securely.
- Hosting and IT providers — data needed to host the site and keep it safe.
We may also disclose data if required by law or to protect our legal rights.
6. Data Retention
Order and invoice records are kept as long as required by tax and commercial law. Account data is kept while your account is active and removed upon verified deletion request, unless we must retain it by law. Newsletter data is kept until you unsubscribe.
7. Your Rights
You have the right to:
- Access the personal data we hold about you;
- Correct inaccurate data (directly in your account, or by asking us);
- Request deletion of your data where legally permitted;
- Object to or restrict certain processing, and withdraw consent at any time;
- Request a copy of your data in a portable format;

8. Cookies
The site uses cookies that are strictly necessary for the cart, login, and checkout to function. Optional analytics/cookies, where used, are only activated after your consent. You can manage or delete cookies in your browser settings at any time; blocking necessary cookies will affect shopping functionality.
9. Data Security
We apply industry-standard technical and organizational measures: HTTPS encryption for traffic, restricted access to personal data, and regular software updates. No online transmission is ever 100% secure, but we work continuously to protect your information.
10. Children
Our products and services are not directed to children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect their personal data. If you believe a child has provided us data, contact us and we will delete it.
