What is your minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
No minimum for in-stock items — order any quantity of our 2,900+ ready designs. Backorder items (currently in production) have a minimum of 30 yards per design.
Do you keep stock, and how many designs?
Yes — over 2,900 jacquard woven ribbon designs are in stock in our Hong Kong warehouse, and the range grows continuously. In-stock patterns ship without production lead time.
What types of jacquard ribbon do you offer?
Four families: beaded (elegant woven patterns finished with hand-stitched beads), vintage (design and manufacturing held to the utmost standard), regular (a wide variety for apparel, crafts and packaging) and metallic.
What is the difference between jacquard woven and printed ribbon?
In jacquard weaving the pattern is woven through the ribbon with coloured yarns, so it is crisp on both faces, has texture you can feel, and will not peel or fade like a surface print. Woven ribbon is the professional choice for apparel trim, badges and high-wear applications.
Can you produce a custom design, colour or width?
Yes — custom jacquard ribbon is our core business. Send us your artwork (jpg, png or bmp) together with the ribbon width you need (inches or mm), and we will quote the weaving. Custom orders start from 50 yards per design, and typical production takes 3–4 weeks (excluding shipping time). Contact us to start.
Can I order samples before buying in bulk?
Yes — if you are planning a custom design, we provide samples on request. Email us with the design you have in mind; samples are charged at USD 30 shipping/handling.
Shipping & duties
How fast do you ship?
Packages are generally dispatched within 2 days after receipt of payment.
Which carriers do you use? Do you ship worldwide?
We ship worldwide via SF Express, HongKong Post Air Parcel or HongKong Post SpeedPost, all with tracking (drop-off without signature).
Who pays import duties and taxes?
All prices are tax-free; buyers pay all import duties. For United States orders we collect a flat 15% prepaid tax at checkout so customs clearance is handled for you. All other destinations pay duty on delivery.
What happens if a parcel is returned because duties were not paid?
Orders returned for unpaid duties incur a restocking fee: the return-shipping cost plus 20% of the order value. Please check your local import rules before ordering.

Can I combine several orders into one shipment?
Please group items in one order — we cannot merge two separately placed orders, and shipping fees apply to each.
Which payment methods do you accept?
PayPal, major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, JCB, Discover, CB NATIONALE), and one-tap wallets Google Pay and Apple Pay — all processed through secure checkout.
Can I return or exchange an order?
Purchases are final and cannot be returned for refund or exchange. Exception: if your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 3 days of receiving it with photos, and we will arrange a refund.
What does "backorder" mean on a product page?
In-stock designs ship within 2 days of payment with no minimum order. A backorder item is between production runs — it is woven to order with a minimum of 30 yards and takes longer to dispatch. Product pages state which applies; contact us if you are unsure.
