4. Purchases & Payment​

  • ​Color/Design Accuracy:​​ Due to monitor settings, dye lots, and weaving variations, actual ribbons may differ slightly from Site images.
  • ​Payment:​​ We accept PayPal. Your account is charged at order confirmation.

5. Shipping & Returns​

Governed by our shipping and return policy.

6. Import Duties & Returned Orders

All prices exclude tax; buyers cover any import duties. If an order is returned to us because duties were not paid, we will refund only after deducting (a) the original and return shipping costs plus (b) a 20 % restocking fee calculated on the order value.

7. Limitation of Liability​

  • Our ribbons are for ​craft/decorative use only. Not for medical, safety, or childcare applications.

    • Indirect damages (e.g., lost profits, project delays).
    • Minor imperfections inherent in handcrafted textiles.
    • Third-party actions (e.g., carrier delays, payment processor errors).
